A fren commented that Joshton looks like La Bi Xiao Xin!! Let's hope he won't turn out be a little terror as Xiao Xin!

Joshton goes to town!

Poor mummy haven't been doing any real shopping in town for months, only online shopping (Lost track on how much I spent online! Seriously addictive!).


So I sure am glad when we finally got a stroller, which means we could bring Joshton out to "gai gai". After months of looking around the various brands from Quinny to Maclaren, we settled down on Combi....mainly cos it's light weight at 4.2kg and manageble for me. Only grouse is that it's a bit filmsy and only last till 24 months. Guess we will get a Maclaren umbrella stroller once Joshton outgrows this.

And so, off Joshton went to town with daddy & mummy! We covered City Hall, Suntec, Clark Quay and Orchard in the past 2 weeks. Most of the outings went fairly well, except for the trip last Friday for the Isetan private sale. Most of you will probably be wondering we must be mad to bring our newborn son during the sale (haha we are not the only shopping crazy parents okay, saw a lot of babies and prams there too!). The eventful thing was not the mad crowds.....little Joshton gave his daddy a very smelly xmas gift (poo poo) on his jeans, while daddy was feeding him. And when mummy was cleaning up his little butt at the nursing room, he chose to pee pee at the precise moment I lifted up his legs. So while I'm lucky not to have pee pee all over me, it rained all over poor Joshton's face and clothes! Talk about good timing!

Lessons learnt after these few first outings.... the most important thing to do when bringing baby out is to first check where is the nursing room and to bring along spare baby clothings!
